Terms & Conditions

Effective June 22, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sociophile (the “Service”), a social media content and scheduling application operated under the superappsdomain.com domain (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Sociophile helps you generate, schedule, and publish social media posts across supported platforms (including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, and Google Business). Features include AI-assisted post generation, AI image generation, a product library, scheduled publishing via a background worker, and an optional integration with BlogPilot. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Free plan requires no payment. Paid plans require a subscription. Billing is handled by our payment processor, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.

4. Your API Keys & Connected Accounts

AI features rely on an AI provider API key that you supply and that remains associated with your account. You are responsible for your own API usage, costs, and compliance with the provider’s terms. When you connect a third-party social platform, you authorize us to publish and manage content on your behalf using the access you grant. You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s own terms, policies, and rate limits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful; to spam or violate any platform’s rules; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or to interfere with its normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including AI-generated drafts that you choose to post.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

8.1 Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and requires no card. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. You can stop using it, or delete your account, at any time.

8.2 Cancelling a paid plan

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, which opens the Paddle customer portal. You can also cancel from the link in any Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep full access until that date and you are not charged again. We do not pro-rate unused time.

For example: on a monthly plan billed on the 5th, cancelling on the 20th keeps Pro access until the 5th of the following month, then moves you to Free automatically. Your account, posts and connected accounts are not deleted — only the paid features become unavailable.

8.3 Refunds

We do not offer a money-back guarantee, and we do not routinely refund subscription payments already made. Cancelling already stops every future charge and you keep access for the period you have paid for. The Free plan exists so you can try Sociophile properly before paying anything.

We will still consider a refund where a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service for a meaningful part of the billing period, where you were charged in error or twice, or where you were billed after cancelling. Contact us and we will look at it honestly. Any statutory rights you have where you live are unaffected.

8.4 Value already consumed

AI drafts, AI images and published posts are consumed as you use them, and the cost of producing them is incurred by us at that moment. A refund, where one is agreed, excludes the value of what has already been generated or published in the billing period. Allowances for newly created subscriptions may be released in stages for the same reason.

8.5 How to request a refund

Email hello@superappsdomain.com from the address on your account, including the Paddle invoice or receipt number if you have it. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

You may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, where you can look up your purchase and raise a request with the Merchant of Record.

8.6 When a refund is issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few business days; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

A refund ends paid access immediately and cancels the subscription. Your account returns to the Free plan and usage above the Free limits stops being available. Refunded subscriptions are not automatically reinstated — contact us if you want to subscribe again.

8.7 Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank rather than contacting us or Paddle, access is withdrawn immediately and is not restored automatically. Please talk to us first — almost everything is quicker to resolve directly.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, AI providers, Supabase, Paddle, hosting providers, and the social platforms you connect). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always be delivered, as delivery depends on third-party platforms beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

15. Contact

Sociophile is operated by RNB Associates, NH-15, Darrang, Assam, India.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@superappsdomain.com.
